Hey Community,I bought a house as a First time home buyer, but I feel like I’m stuck with one property because of capital.

We own a restaurant building in Downtown Phoenix, and my tenant is having a horrible time with indigence hanging out or parking there at night and leaving dirty diapers and other items.

The data aggregators get their data from local assessors so the risk is that the assessor is not updating their information timely. - MLS data - This is challenging to get now that the MLS has cracked down on offering it to non-MLS platforms.

auctions in WA are cash on the barrel head at the time of the auction. you need cashiers checks to buy then you can sell . takes 5 to 14 days to get your deed.

Life is too short to worry about things like this.

I will use my knowledge in the home inspection field, owning and operating my home inspection business, the relationships i will make during that time, my experience in being a landlord and my knowledge as an licensed electrician and home inspector to help convince my investors that i am serious and have the skin in the game to get deals done.
