I have an large HELOC and using it to buy severalSmall condos all cash.

The negative cashflow incurred would be offset some by the large garage allowing me to cancel my storage unit being used for vehicle and trailer parking.

Like Jessica said, I live in Manchester NH, and even though the schools are rated low there are large companies building here and I've seen plenty of families at open houses. 

I can say that I am defiantly learning patience but I am glad to have found bigger pockets and such a large network.

Bragg which seems to me like it would help to stabilize the market somewhat (don't think there's any fear of them shutting it down...)I know there are plenty of large corporations in Rocky Mount but my concern is there's not much else. 

Right now we are in the process of saving a large emergency fund. 

With the exception of my summaries/calculations and a few things I downloaded, all my documentation is in hard copy format.

But if you're going to use all cash and therefore gamble large sums of money at least promise me you won't try to juggle family, a flip, and a full time job.
