My Name is David Franke and I am new to real estate investing. I have not done a deal yet, but I am excited to make it happen. I am currently a Project Manager for a commercial GC in the Portland, OR market. The goal is to   apply my 10 years of commercial experience to the resident market. I enjoy construction but its now time to do it for myself, own the risk, and invest in real estate full time. Thanks and I look forward to meeting, sharing ideas, and experience with like minded people.
