Find out whether there are seasonal expenses such as snow removal or landscaping maintenance. 

Renovated kitchen, adding new flooring in bedrooms and kitchen, new interior/exterior doors painted the interior walls/trim, new plumbing fixtures and a new fresh color and cut down trees and landscaped yard.

It was great to use because landscaping, walls and foundations did not have to be disturbed to do it. 

Clean out, floors, paint, fixtures, appliances, deck, landscaping, etc. 

New floors, paint, trim, kitchen, possible roof repair, landscaping.  0.42 acres.  1000 sqft.  3 bedrooms??  

Also, if you are renting a SFH, who take care of landscaping and yard care? 

Preferably garden style.

We cleaned up the property, ext paint, landscaping, etc.Also did light renovations to the interiors.
