Most tenants could really care less who there landlord is, what they care about is do things get fixed on time is the property maintained well.

Thinking about getting a management company in the interim so I don't have to deal with the week to week aspects of being a landlord until I get good enough that I can quite my job down the line.  

The tenant under their renter's insurance or the landlord?
