Giving each room on Rent in Single Family house

Currently I am looking for a property.. Its decent 5 bedroom 2 Bath house. Its near to train station , so its very easy for daily commuters. Instead of giving whole house to single family, I am thinking to give each room to individual on rent. They have their own room and shared facilities like Kitchen area and living area. Would there be any problem from legal point ? I want to make sure I don't break any rule and get into any legal problem. 

Any experience land lord ?
