I want to use this platform for networking and I am hoping to get some tips, advice and knowledge from experienced investors.   

I just moved to the Phoenix area to attend school (ASU) from North Carolina, where I was stationed for a few years.I have a beautiful wife and three boys who I'm trying to build a legacy for, I need to find a way out of the rat race and have been directed here to consume as much knowledge as possible.

I managed to find a replacement (more expensive and not as nice) but my family had to spend a couple more hours in the car while I searched.I've seen a lot of posts over the years about sub-leasing without owner knowledge, renting in violation of zoning laws or HOA rules, etc.

Looking forward to 2019 to really expand my rental knowledge and with buy and hold portfolio.

I lack experience and am limited on local knowledge, for now.

I do not have any experience with C Area, but I hope that with a good property manager, I can get the learning experience and knowledge that I need to operate a multi-family home in that properly are.
