I called several sites and it looks like you can't pull a credit score with out the tenant doing a confirmation through e-mail or to actually getting verified your self.I ended up going wilh E-Renter.com.

It gets to be to long entering transactions if you have too many apartments.Great thing about Quickbooks is that you can send your tenants statements every month and also use the mail merge feature to print leases, letters, evictions and what not.It's not really the best property management software, but is probably the best accounting software that can be used as property management software.
