MubasherBoth Jon and Mark are correct.If you have not lease many properties before and know what goes into a lease that works for your needs, I would suggest to call around interview leasing brokers that primary represent tenants and not landlords.

From what I understand, you can pull information on the realist service, (individual property inquiries) for a nominal fee, rather than pay a large monthly access fee.Perhaps a seasoned investor can check it out and provide more clarification.Have a great week,Jon
