If you are looking for cash flow, I would investigate some of the midwestern markets like OH, KS, Indy, etc.

The common complaint by customers was getting shadow listings from sites like "Craigslist" or "Auction.com" from CI'S "Deal Dog" software.I did some further investigation and found this in CI'S Terms of Use, Full Earning Disclosure section "We do not vouch for or verify any information posted by users and you proceed at your own risk. 

If that % is over 2% then the property is worth investigating.

I've not really investigated the advantages and disadvantages of having an LLC.

Hello,As Account Closed asked I am also curious  if the property is located by Fairmont Ave, if so, then there are some similarly priced properties in that area, however if it's located basically anywhere else in Lockport it sounds like a good deal worth investigating.

As I am from out of town I was hoping some people more familiar with Orlando could recommend some specific regions that are worth investigating. 

It may be worth investigating why that is and use those whys accordingly when searching for the alternatives.Good luck!
