Colorado areas with Short term rental cash flow
Hi all,
New poster here. I live in Denver and I'm investigating the investment property landscape here, around CO, and out of state. Does anyone have recommendations (if there are any) on areas that would be cash flow positive anywhere in the state on short term rentals. Maybe Colorado Springs?
Thanks for the help!
Jay
