If it cannot be separated, then you are left with renting the entire house on a single lease (not always easy with a 6-bedroom) or renting individual rooms {see zoning remarks above}.We have both 4/5-bedroom houses which we rent by the house and an 8-10 room house in which we rent furnished rooms (predominately to international students).

Three pages is too short, unless a kid is looking for money to start a shoe shine business. 100 pages would be far to long even to finance an international shipping operation. 25-50 pages seems about right for most executive summaries.Frankly, I never bother to read an unsolicited executive summary because the very fact they send them before a face to face meeting tells me they most likely do not know what they are doing.

Please let me know if you have experience with such financing opportunities in a country or if there is reason to believe seller financing would be more likely in a region; I know there are many issues to consider in international investing and would do further research once identifying some preliminary countries.

You can either do the POA, or have your wife sign the closing doc.s, using international Fedex, but in either case the document will have to be notarized at the Amercian Embassy near your wife.
