Question for other Colorado Real Estate Brokers. I got my license and am requesting access to the MLS. I chose NOT to join a board... because... well that's obvious. This is what I'm greeted with:Welcome to REcolorado...

It's absurd some of the posts here on this forum where people are telling you that you don't have enough and should shy away from particular strategies.

You'd be the best person to determine the human side and whether it would be worth it to coinvest with the family member.

Because if you don't know how to find and covert human beings who NEED to sell a house, then you'll spend a lot of time worrying about the market.

My First rental; Purchased a “habitat for humanity” house outside Asheville (rutherford county) for $25,000.

Humans are psychologically wired to feel insecure without more, it doesn't matter what level of wealth we're at.

AS for saving folks homes that is admirable of course I have donated for free more homes to Habit for Humans that most people will ever own...

(someone please mention him mine doesn't work) has left, someone has to save humanity and the future!  

How can they not be at or near the top of the list in subjects that are critical to our children’s development as human beings and as effective citizens?
