My First Note

I'm super excited to post another success story. When I first got on BP I listened to podcast 28 with Dave Van Horn and a whole new world opened up to me. I had never heard of note investing and as someone who doesn't want to have tenants, it sounded perfect. Since then I've used keywords and fellow members to learn more about notes and this week I finally purchased a performing 2nd that met all my criteria. I was even able to drive by the house while visiting family on vacation last week.  Thanks again BP community for making these types of stories possible. I look forward to posting about my first flip!

Cringe....buying a 2nd is risky.     Hope the 1st is cheap enough you would be willing to pay it off plus 40k.
