From what I have read, if I don't have an exit strategy, I need to hold my horses.

I think partly you just have to ride the waves as they come and build your expectations around the tides.

Also, it will help to purge alot of the people who have just been trying to ride the wave created in the last few years.

You could riding all the way down to lake Allatoona on old dirt gravel roads.Woodstock had poor planning for development and traffic was a nightmare so I moved down to Canton about 10 years ago.

All that stated, however, if as @Ofelia Flores has suggested, she is a good tenant who pays her rent on time and takes care of the property why kick a gift horse in the teeth.
