However, there is so much that can be done to this property with the amount of land and the style of home that we wouldn’t be able to fund ourselves but would be great for a rehab if we assign the Subject 2 to a reputable fix and flipper for 20-30k as they can bring the value up to $400+.

I think people do look to live in large rooms, victorian style homes that they divide among room mates, the houses that populate the popular rentable areas of Boston area.

These should be properties that have sold within the last 3-6 months, have a similar age range, the same number of beds and baths, the same lot size, are a similar style, have similar features such as garage, fireplace, pool, etc, and have square footage that is similar.
