I came across this startup and thought I would share www.PadManual.comIt looks like they are making a pretty cool app.Being a property manager I can foresee a lot of uses for it, I think this could be a huge help when tenants call with a repair request and I would be able to look-up the appliance quickly.What are your thought?

On a porch you can use any coating and color but over a house I always use Cool/R in Solar White as it prevents over 90% of the sun's heat from getting into the house.

BTW: There is a bar and grill with a outdoor volleyball court with a lot right next to it I can do this on, another smaller one 100 feet away, both face a major highway.
