Thoughts on a new startup?

I came across this startup and thought I would share www.PadManual.com
It looks like they are making a pretty cool app.
Being a property manager I can foresee a lot of uses for it, I think this could be a huge help when tenants call with a repair request and I would be able to look-up the appliance quickly.
What are your thought?
