We have the benefit of having a newer construction (2005) vs. most of the other properties that are circa 1920 with all the small rooms, but more 'charm'.

If a building was on fire and a bunch of people were locked inside, and one room had one person and one room had 20 people, I would bash down the door of the room with 20 people first even if the other room was a bigshot and the 20 were nobodies.
