You don't have to jump through conventional lending hoops, which speeds up the process when using hard money, and many can fund very quickly, unlike a regular bank mortgage.

I know a lot of investors talk about refinancing a house to pull out money from it and from there buy another property and repeat the BRRRR method but is the refinancing part that Im not sure about because my previous properties I have purchased in cash (they were relatively cheap) so I want to speed up the process.
