Fire them.I'm new to the RE investing game here in the US and have fortunately not run into any issues yet with property managers here.

Fortunately, my sister and brother-in-law have been investing for over 20 years, I think getting a broad view of the industry can give me a chance to see where I belong or how to use this industry to my advantage. 

Situations come up from time to time in this industry, but fortunately for us they are very, very rare.

Sometimes I forget to make the transfer right away, but fortunately haven't had any trouble yet.If you ever pay for anything with a personal check, you're giving the recipient that same information on your check.
