So did you actually go to the trouble of forming the LLC and create a formal operating agreement?

I have a 3 family in MA just over the RI border, about 10 miles from Providence.

What I am wondering is if there are credit unions or smaller banks in the Orlando area, that specialize in cross border lending to do some competitive analysis in terms of lower down payments.
