Seeking Lenders for Offshore Real Estate Project

I'm currently representing a client who is in need of financing for an offshore real estate venture. We're interested in connecting with lenders or financial institutions experienced in cross-border real estate transactions and accustomed to working with international clients.

If anyone has recommendations or past experiences with specific lenders that cater to offshore projects, your insights would be beneficial. Additionally, if there are particular challenges or key points to consider when navigating this type of financing, it would be helpful to know.

I welcome any ideas, opinions, or recommendations you might have.
