Evidence of cats: smell, urine damage, scratching damage on your woodwork and on their furniture, pet hair (look under refrigerator and range and in hvac ducts and filters), broken window blinds, kitty litter box, cat food.... the cat itself!

That is somewhat akin to saying restaurants do not have a "business model" because some restaurants serve terrible food.  

On a financial level, it will help me open doors to long term goals I have planned, such as entering the restaurant/food industry, product development, and traveling.

Substantial services are additional services that you'd do for a guest while they're at the property, such as cleaning (during their stay), tours, providing food, accessible amenities, and subscription services available at the rental. 

Some improvements that i would add1_3rd picture should be the first, it helps see from inside out2_ describe what people see in each picture3_ Dress the table so people can imagine having dinner or beaksfast. no need for food but help people picture themselves in each picture4_Replace the table for a bigger one5_Get profesional photos , you can also add pictures at night next to the pool6_ a Great description is key: describe what you have in the house,this is a bit poor at the moment. size of the bed, size of the TV, cable system, internet, fully kitchen, games.

Fear feeds off attention, so you need to starve it of it's "food" by shifting your focus on the positives.

Bar & Grill has  the best Mexican food in the area, and of course they carry Muscle Vodka!
