Buddy, I wish that was illegal, but, then I wouldn't know any highly motivated realtors...seriously, I get calls like yours 2-10X a week, from the biggest firms in the industry...if it was illegal or they could be sued, I doubt any billion dollar companies would be exposing themselves to such liability...but, im not a lawyer, so you should probably spend a few hundred dollars consulting with one just to make sure, after all you don't want the super secret realtor swat team to come get you, right?

Our accounting firm is guiding us and so far it has been very strict.

There is really only one major facility of the 3 and it is a National firm. 

I'm expecting by the time I'm applying for a mortgage, I'll have a job offer at a public accounting firm with an annual salary of around $60,000. 

It was listed at $479k and the agent kept telling me the price was firm and being virtually unresponsive for a week. 

I am on site virtually every day this month overseeing the renovation of the house next-door and would like to maintain a firm but cordial relationship. 

But also being firm in my expectations and what I will tolerate.  

Because we are long distance investor, our loan requires us to "utilize an established third party MF manager acceptable...." basically, PM firm should have at least 5 multifamily properties of 5+ units under their management to qualify. 

Mike- Myself and several friends use Calendly for their law firms, and they love it.

Just a thought..Also, all the external emlements would need to be built in ie conveyancing firms's, a list of approved contractors / handy men, bond/morgate originators ect but i think if it could be done seamlessly and the buyer has a great experience as well as the seller.
