I’ve been reading books about real estate as well a listening to tapes from BiggerPockets and intending seminars and just learning from others for about 2 months.I’m ready to get this thing rolling I’m really exited as well.

If you do this you’ll likely accomplish nothing.As far as notes go, I don’t have any direct experience but there are several books on this on BP for like 10-20 dollars.
