Does anyone insight into the process and expenses?

The house is now going through the probate process which can take months for her to get the rights to the house again.  

I am trying to partner up with somebody else to do me the legwork would be needed in the future fix and flip transactions i probably will do out of the state when i am absent , including which is the most important thing is to watch the rehab process and contractors progress anybody has an idea how to setup that king of relation and contracting ?

Maybe you can expedite the process by getting bids of your own and sending him quotes for them instead of having him to your homework for you.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to fill out the application and see what they have, might look as a buyer first and not as a broker ;)
