So it would fall to Cozy to be the middleman and fight the battle for you.

Hoas are constantly screwing us owners and were fighting back.

You will be fighting the same 200 other privy users here in town for the same deals (gold/silver) all the time.  

I have found this to be a good incentive and in the event we end up in court there are no late fees to fight about:) You could do the same accounting for a potential CC charge and offer a deduction for payment via certified funds, etc.

STR’s are here to stay and they ought to be finding ways to accommodate.Any coalitions forming to fight this ban??

People tired of fighting for the "best" deals and people who want to invest but don't want too much hassle with the whole process.

So a local ordinance is trying to supersede the statewide law which is not allowed but unless you have the money to take on a fight with the city, it is best to include the text.To @Bill Brandt point, being a property manager requires effort including staying aware of the various laws.  

BP family and friends,Long story short, I signed a 12 month lease with a dating couple who, after about two months got into a fight and eventually broke up.
