So same story is told about the paid for mentorships but in reality they get to the same place but here on BP they are encouraged to do just that.. blow their money go into debt.. learn all you need to learn on line ( which I think is pretty far fetched).I think the wholesalers that do well and I know some that do very well..

So once you pay a certain amount of commission to the company, you get to keep 100% of your commission for the rest of the year, which is definitely a huge feature for top producing agents.  

I know Cloud has been around forever and my response  is in general and not an indictment against them,  but I would encourage to consider that Killeen and Temple are totally different markets and while they may service Temple :- Is it realistic that they are going to drive 30 minutes or more during high traffic times to show the property?
