DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

Hi @Jordan McDonaldAs a FW local I have a large investor list that I send out to my bigger pockets investors 2-3 times a week with flips or buy and hold deals that I come across on or off market. 

I agree with what you are all saying, so please disregard my post as I tried to delete it after the initial shock wore off that this happened, but BP does not seem to allow that.

For example, if mold was found in the master bathroom ceiling in an occupied home a protocol in that scenario may call for a pack out of the entire master bathroom and bedroom everything within those two rooms would need to be cleaned off-site and then brought back.

I would like to know if  there is a way that I could sell the house before it is completly paid off.

I would pick 3 gc's off of google with good reviews and go from there 

I have a friend who did sign up and she has had a great experience so far and says she will easily make this money back on her first deal.  

Building off of what we discussed so others who are perusing the forums can also see.

So far everything has been smooth and one of the houses has already rented before closing. 

They also aren’t budging in letting see or bid on the house off market, which is frustrating.
