Stand outside the property, and do a 360 view of the neighborhood, a full view of the entire exterior of the property, and show all repairs you notice of the interior.IMO the purpose of the video/pictures is to weed out tire kickers who will want the address just to view the property and not move forward with buying.

Even with under market rents you do not likely want a mass exodus mid-Corona.I'd try and focus on doing several units at a time while also trying to change the culture via the exterior of the property via landscaping and paint.
