Being close to spring training facilities is usually great but I’m not sure if Covid will still affect 2021 Spring Training.

They want to see where economy and if covid will continue to have large impact.   

I have been checking Orlando and their rates on airbnb pre covid and from my research I was expecting the rates to be much higher for the beautiful houses with pool and great amenities.I actually think with rental arbitrage you can build wealth much faster.
