Hi all, my business partner and I have recently filed for our LLC to start our real estate investment journey in Ohio.

For simplicity they both need to start the same day and end the same day.

I'd start out by reaching out to local/regional banks near the property, and local/regional banks near you, or you can can try to find a broker like me that knows those areas as well.

You may want to start with your preferred strategy and let that lead you to a market. 

Can anyone touch basis on this with me, and where I should I start.

Plus you have to keep in mind that we are in a climate where interest rates are very likely to start trending downwards, maybe that's worth waiting a bit longer than you otherwise might to pay yourselves in dividends in the future.Surprising that only 20% of homes have a bathtub as I think of them as a necessity personally.

I own the 4 plex 50/50 with my parents and it's starting to become tedious trying to track who's putting what into the property as far as expenses and sweat equity is concerned.
