Some of the main improvements include: leveling the floors, tearing out the lath and plaster, new electrical & PEX plumbing, new siding, new roof, all new heating and air, new shower, and new windows.

I am a fairly new investor in the El Paso area and have been trying to establish a solid team and I am finding it very difficult...I'm sure I am not the only one.

The only issue at that point would be condition including the roof, HVAC, plumbing, out dated electrical box, etc.

I really would love something that can help us establish what we made from x property, what we need to pay for the debt service and expenses for the month, and automatically distributes the positive cashflow into our accounts or something of that nature to make things more automated and organized.Does anyone use something like this?

As my wife and I expand we want to establish relationships rather than using people to accomplish singular projects.

A roof and new HVAC, alone, would like 12-15k in my area.

I maintain the roof and the black water drain. 

It's great that you've got your analysis on lock, I always recommend seeing properties of various conditions and neighborhoods so you can help establish where your sweet spot or greatest value lies. 

The roof will need to be changed out from old wood rafters to metal3.
