I am involved in and around that same situation day every day either as representing the buyer engaged in a 1031 or as the Qualified Intermediary or I am the buyer myself so I am all to familiar. 

When I first heard of it I watched a few videos trying to see how they think this will work long term. 

Jim probably delegates but maybe Russ personally engages. 

However, is it advisable to engage different broker lenders simultaneously to secure the best option that aligns more with my interests?
