I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM CONTRACTORS IN THE WOODRIDGE, NJ 07075 AREAELECTRICIANS, TILE GUYS, PLUMBERS, DRY WALL CONTRACTORS, DOOR HANGERS ETC 

I would take notes on what you think needs to be done and/or what is found by the appraiser and then work to get quotes from your contractors, your experience, and google before proceeding.Depending if you’re renting or flipping, you’ll likely have different things you will want to take care of.

We're a management company but also a licensed contractor and our team does quite a bit of work on the old structures up here.  

Are the units submetered for gas water and electric ? 

Pay to have professional inspectors, pluming, electrical, etc...

IF, i were to pay contractors to complete the work, i would add at least 50% to that total if not more....IS IT WORTH THE REHAB?

I generally have done most repairs personally on reno's, but looking to start a relationship with a handyman or contractor to work on this house and more in the future.

Gas and electric paid by renters.Ins cost $120 per monthTaxes are closer to $3522 Water and trash are $161 per monthOther permits are $381 a year.I would mow, plow and self manage.
