If they have  done a good job other than this, just have a sit down over coffee and discuss what you want and why your landlord is so passionate about this issue. 

They would take care all of the work, so not only research but if the appraisal board requires a meeting to discuss then they would show up to represent on your behalf.

@Danielle Hinton I usually meet with new wholesalers on Friday to discuss working together.

I am in the process of obtaining a HELOC for 150K which will put the LTV of my primary residence at about 66%.

I have also started courses to obtain my brokers license in WA.

Are their any investor friendly agents that specialize in the Bronx out there? I am really interested in a 2-4 family house. Ideally spending under 800k. Looking to close in two months. Thanks!
