So, that's a little different, but I'll be bold here and mention some of what I know.

I can see why some lenders wouldn't like it since it would cut them out of a deal, but I would guess this is a very niche market based on downpayment size to make up the difference.

Neighborhoods matter, even a few miles can make the difference between good and bad deals.

Getting frustrated with the extreme laws and ready to go to a different area.

Operating without insurance is a pretty big risk, not something I would do, especially if I am going to have a bunch of people on the property.Either find a different insurer or ditch the jacuzzi.

Also, the NMLS ID are different in different states as well as same in multiple states.  

Hey Zeke, There are tons of different loan products so it will be all about finding the one with guidelines that meet the needs of your scenario.

Maybe tweak your strategy – consider different areas or property types.
