Can someone please shed some light that has experience in Massachusetts preferably Fall River as each town might have different laws.

When i take pics of my properties (I am not a professional), even I know to raise the blinds to let in natural light.

In most of those cases providing a bed and maybe a desk might be a good move. 

Thinking of updating it having a window to allow light in would be ideal.

I've also gained invaluable experience in DIY repair and improvement regarding everything from basic cosmetics like painting and changing light fixtures to completely redoing the old caste-iron plumbing on the property.Despite the increased cashflow, my family has had some unexpected medical costs that set back my savings goals for the next investment.

Both the forms cover pretty much everything - moisture issues, safety, housekeeping, appliances, light bulbs burned out, etc.

I stopped buy the building last night to drop off some material and thought something looked different about their unit…peeked in a window, it looks like they knew want was coming or were planning on moving out anyway or they responded to our letter with lighting speed b/c 95% of their stuff was out of the unit…probably not going to see September’s rent.
