I see lots of folks showing up at auctions holding the news paper so either way works..And if you don't want to pay for a newspaper ... then you hop in the car and go to the court house and Pull the NOD's  some court houses are friendlier than others with access to their data

My idea is that the CPU could upload routine logging data to me maybe a couple of times a day, and send me a text message for alerts (water running for a long time, temperature falling near freezing).
