You have to build the form, send them the link, transfer the data from the form to your screening service, etc.Sign up for one of the MANY tenant screening services.

You learn what a good tenant looks like, you screen to weed out the bad ones, and then you monitor them.

That crack in the basement wall or the maintenance records etc....I would also review what other things you have been told and what was disclosed and look at it with fresh eyes.

Look to start screening new PMC in the area.
