Hello, I'm looking to network with good contractors in the south Fort Worth area. 

I think it'd be more of value to network with others, learn from their experiences, and even create partnerships in order to get a hang of the system.

If you haven’t set up keyword alerts yet I would do so to stay up to date and build up your network.

Give some information and knowledge and the benefits will come back to you tenfold.That would be in addition to starting a website, blog, craigslist ads, facebook posts, networking, telling all friends and family what you are doing, go to local meetings, code compliance lists, driving for $$, and a few others I cant think of right now.As mentioned above, you have to keep doing all of those consistently over and over.

For lack of that being provided I request a detailed income and expense statement for each of the last two years that is signed by the seller or their CPA. 

I have been using my families CPA but have found him to be unresponsive and according to my associates I have been paying more in taxes then I should.The second for the house I'm flipping now, i have a partnership with 2 other guys, the partner who is in charge of construction is not doing his part and has been very difficult.  

Continue networking, educating yourself and searching for deals.

Always be networking and telling people about your interest in real estate and hopefully the right team members for you will come alone.
