I recommend you continue what you are doing, and also practice analyzing real estate deals, look for opportunities and grow your network.  

If the one spouse has a consistent history of late payments to utilities and such, then I'd be more hesitant.

From what I have heard is that they are far too noisy to be practical.

Hello @Michael Mendez,We use social media to market OHs but this has not yet proven itself to be effective... this could just take increased ad spend and consistency to be effective but time will tell.Our best OH marketing results come from reaching out to active Realtors in the area i.e. text/email blasts, phone calls.

Is this the common practice?
