Any tips on finding a builder to build a spec home, most builders I have talked to, albeit few, are custom home builders looking for 230-250 a sq ft which is way too much to turn a profit

As far as automating as much as possible and treating the properties as a professional business, is using custom email address for each unit (like: 123StreetA at company dot com*) taking it too far?

Who does these (not looking for specific companies), is it accountants, lawyers, agents, and/or contractors? 

As I see it I'm betting on the housing market, rental market, YoY tax increases, and insurance companies.

I'm on the lookout for investor-friendly title companies and lawyers.

Are there better companies to buy these homes from?

Also they have a great team to work with to help customize your ad campaign(s).

If the firm has good technology and software to communicate with customers there's a high probability you'll get a quick responses on a regular basis.  

I have been talking to a contractor about entering into a partnership to build a new 3000 sq. ft. custom home on my lot.
