When we purchased our cabin, we went with medium of the road on price for King mattresses and I believe they ran about $700 each from a local furniture store that we had a credit with, but I know others out here in the STR world that spend less than that from Amazon I believe. 

We're currently considering purchasing a new home which we hope to live in for the next 15+ years while our two children grow up.

Now that my children are older I’m looking to start back up investing in rentals and flips. 

The intention is to house hack property 1 and then convert it to a full investment property after 2 years or so and purchase property 2: Can I take all of my house furniture and personal property (couches, TV, etc.) with me to property 2?

We're looking to furnish a rental unit with relatively high-end furniture and appliances.

Landlords feed their families and cloth their children with rental revenue. 

Aside from this, my main career goals is to continue with my notary business, grow a multiple six figure wholesaling business, start fixing and flipping with lenders and self funded, and grow a real estate portfolio to pass down to my children.  

Almost Completely full of trash and furniture.
