After 5 years of no end in sight renting out and dealing with AC units going out, pool leaks, roof leak and managing all repairs myself the day finally came to be rewarded. 100% debt free, plenty of cash to buy a bunch of houses.

The MONEY gets half - so apportion the financial contribution via an LLC accordingly,The work ethic can be rewarded according to Value and or hours.

@Ben Stout,This really isn't the forum for such a discussion, but as a retired AF Reserve Chief, my retirement check of a couple of grand a month is a welcome reward for the control I gave up for 30 years of my life.

So yes the reward may be larger for someone taking on excessive risk, but from my own experience I have gained my wealth by taking things slow, putting 25% DP that I bought for 180k on a duplex that cash flows well and is worth 70k more then I paid for it and the mortgage left is only 125k.  

For me I’m sonewhere in between with the risk = reward calculation.

Where there is great risk there should be great reward...................how experienced are you?

If done properly it can be a rewarding experience.

I commend him for being able to find and partner with someone that they both get rewards from in finding and securing property.
