From what I can tell it is the places that bubbled the most and then crashed the hardest that are going gang busters now.Basically people are like well it can't get any lower and now everything is a deal, and they are like "Oh $h*t everyone else knows so I better just pay more to make sure I get in the game since it will just go up."

We "tell" t/b's that they have an appointment to see the home, they are ALL scheduled at the same time, as best we can sandwich them all in together we do.
