How Can Seller Obtain Her Lost 2011 Tax Return?

Hi All:

I'm working a short sale where the seller has submitted to us all of her docs needed to initiate the short sale EXCEPT her 2011 tax return. And the preparers of her return have not returned her calls. Is there a way she can obtain her 2011 tax return from the IRS. Is there some special form for her to fill out? Thanks in advance.
