He's at the casino, or whatever (it's all 100% the same to an underwriter), THIS VERY MOMENT, with the money he wants to use to buy this home, and you want me to approve this?

I have  been studying the wholesaling angle and all the different software available to lease every month that helps speed up the process.

Greetings all, I’ve been working in software project management for last 8+ years developing mobile and desktop applications for the financial industry.  

I've now found it & he's there with help & support & analytical software. 

This is maybe a bit off topic but since I am registered here I am sure there could be some people here who experienced this already.I would like to add a group chat service (not installed software) to my members area in my website.

There are also some other options you can employ, like using a software such as Kigo (www.kigo.com), which allows you to broadcast your listing out to (and manage it on) many platforms, including VRBO, Homeaway, etc.The bottom line is that there's a lot of ways to make money via Airbnb and short term rentals... they're definitely not all from tourists.  

Rentec or Buildium are nice software but I do not see the need for any paid software as your PM is doing all the heavy lifting.

I'm trying to build software to find better properties to invest in.

Any real estate software reliable for connecting deals with buyers?
