@Kim Ford AGents CANT pay non licensed individuals referral fee's.. its the whole reason you have a real estate brokerage industry and why folks need licenses.This scenario your describing is probably missing a few key elements .. so everyone is guessing.first you say the house is worth 162k.. and its perfect.. its in foreclosureAgent has some sort of super secret listing that no one has heard about ( IE closed listing)You want to somehow get in the middle of the deal when this is not really a wholesaling type transaction.The agent should simply list it on MLS make the notations in the listing that is in foreclosure and work the sale .. its her fiduciary responsibility to maximize her or his clients purpose price on the home..
